Size & Measurement Guide

Accurate body measurements are more useful than your usual clothing size when choosing women’s shapewear.

Measurement 01

Full Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Keep the tape level without compressing the tissue.

Measurement 02

Underbust

Measure directly beneath the bust around the rib cage. This is important for built-in-bra and deep-V products.

Measurement 03

Natural Waist

Measure the narrowest part of the torso, usually above the belly button. Breathe normally and do not tighten the tape.

Measurement 04

Full Hip

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Before You Measure

  • Wear thin clothing or measure over undergarments.
  • Use a soft measuring tape and keep it flat.
  • Stand naturally and do not hold your breath.
  • Measure twice to confirm the result.
  • Do not automatically size down when between sizes.
